Directions: After brushing and flossing teeth, apply a thin strip of gel into the aligners or retainers making sure the gel gets in all of the tooth compartments.

Insert your trays as usual into the mouth.

Reapply as needed during the day (brush and floss before if possible). Rinse your trays with warm water and pat dry before reapplying. The gel should last all night while sleeping.
